By following a program built around Australian ingredients, techniques and recipes, you will learn a series of key skills with which you can experiment and get creative with, giving the dishes your own personal twist. The possibilities are endless! Whilst in this class you will also learn how to create amazing traditional accompaniments to go with and elevate your final product.

Exciting Lamb dishes for you to cook MAY include;

• Lamb Rack with sweet pepper puree and croquette potatoes
• Seared Sea Scallops with gazpacho salsa

After creating your dish, enjoy your creation in our luxurious dining room

Please note

All classes & workshops are conducted ‘hands on’. No prior cooking skills are required. To ensure personal tuition our classes are kept small, from minimum of 8 to maximum of 16. For safety reason, we require all participants to wear fully enclosed, flat, non-slip shoes. Please also ensure that long hair is tied back.
