This is a hands-on learning course, is taking place each Friday for 4 weeks from 11.30 am to 1.30 pm. (Consecutive weeks). Simply select the start date below and then you are booked in for the entire 4 week block starting from that date.
Essential Knife Skills—Our chef will teach you advanced techniques for slicing and cutting like a professional including how to maintain your knives.
Cooking Methods—frying, grilling, poaching, baking, sautéing and more.
Cooking preparation and sequence. knowing each utensil and the best equipment for every food preparation.
Eggs – different styles including the chef’s method of poaching
Pasta – the perfect al dente pasta every time
Rice – fluffy beautiful rice every time
Steak – how to cook it to everyone’s liking
Fish – crispy skinned and perfectly moist
Sauces & Seasoning – How to create sauces for pasta and steak from scratch,
Plating Up – The positioning on the plate. The tricks to give your meal the WOW factor.
Place Settings – Setting the table correctly.
Cooking Well – Is what this class is all about.

All classes & workshops are conducted ‘hands on’. No prior cooking skills are required. To ensure personal tuition our classes are kept small, from minimum of 8 to maximum of 16. For safety reason, we require all participants to wear fully enclosed, flat, non-slip shoes. Please also ensure that long hair is tied back.
