There is nothing better than a chilling & laidback barbecue during the warmer months. Grilling is a tasty and healthy way to enjoy meats and vegetables. It is also part of the Australian way of home dining.

In this class you will not only become a master, you’ll also learn how to prepare some fresh and flavorsome sauces and delicious salads that will partner perfectly with your awesome grill.

You may learn to grill seafood, meats and/or vegetables

Exciting grills you MAY cook include:
  • Grilled prawns and chorizo piri piri skewers
  • Lamb cutlets with green hummus and flat breads
After creating your dish, enjoy your creation in our luxurious dining room
** Please ensure that you are wearing enclosed shoes and long hair tied back.

Please note

All classes & workshops are conducted ‘hands on’. No prior cooking skills are required. To ensure personal tuition our classes are kept small, from minimum of 8 to maximum of 16. For safety reason, we require all participants to wear fully enclosed, flat, non-slip shoes. Please also ensure that long hair is tied back.
