The classic pavlova is always a tradition in our house on Christmas Day, Australia Day or any day of celebration. There is still the ongoing issue of who invented this traditionally festive treat? Whatever and whoever wins on that score between us or the Kiwi’s is irrelevant to us – we just love it any day but particularly on any day of Celebration!
In our class, you will learn all the tips to make the perfect Meringue and Pavlova.
By the end of the class you will be well equipped with the confidence to produce the perfect Pavlova!

All classes & workshops are conducted ‘hands on’. No prior cooking skills are required. To ensure personal tuition our classes are kept small, from minimum of 8 to maximum of 16. For safety reason, we require all participants to wear fully enclosed, flat, non-slip shoes. Please also ensure that long hair is tied back.
