Using pulses, seeds and grains which have been popular in dishes all over the world since cooking began and are perhaps now more associated with those healthier mid-week meals, this class will show you another side to them! Icon Chefs will teach you the best techniques to get the most out of grains and lentils in more indulgent weekend meals, culminating in 3 dishes that make up the perfect show stopping dinner, catering for all tastes.

Exciting pulses, seeds and grains recipes for you to cook MAY include:

• Spicy quinoa & chickpea Budda bowls with kale and red onion
• Sweet potato & black bean burrito bowl
• Red lentil Köfte
• Baked falafel with tomato herb salad & tahini sauce
• Roasted cauliflower & lentil tacos with creamy chipotle sauce

Please note

All classes & workshops are conducted ‘hands on’. No prior cooking skills are required. To ensure personal tuition our classes are kept small, from minimum of 8 to maximum of 16. For safety reason, we require all participants to wear fully enclosed, flat, non-slip shoes. Please also ensure that long hair is tied back.
