Our Perfect Steak workshop is a combination of Practical and Demonstration.
Have you always wanted the ‘know how’ to cook that perfect Wagyu steak, grain fed Sirloin or pasture fed Rib Eye? Come along, and learn how to cook the perfect Steak selected by our master butcher.
The dining experience will include a craft beer selected to match to dish created.

All classes & workshops are conducted ‘hands on’. No prior cooking skills are required. To ensure personal tuition our classes are kept small, from minimum of 8 to maximum of 16. For safety reason, we require all participants to wear fully enclosed, flat, non-slip shoes. Please also ensure that long hair is tied back.
