This is our signature class and exactly what Icon the Cookery School is all about – healthy, tasty meals that are super quick and easy enough to dish up any night of the week. We will offer this class every season, Our chefs love teaching and clearly what you love eating!

If you need of some fresh mid-week meal inspiration, recipes that pack a flavor punch but don’t require hours in the kitchen, then this class is perfect for you. The recipes in this class will definitely become part of your mid-week favourites.

Exciting Healthy recipes for you to cook in preparation for your dinner parties MAY include;
  • Cauliflower fried rice
  • Chicken and buckwheat salad
  • Lemon Rosemary and chilli polenta chips
  • Tuscan minestrone soup
After creating your dish, enjoy your creation in our luxurious dining room

Please note

All classes & workshops are conducted ‘hands on’. No prior cooking skills are required. To ensure personal tuition our classes are kept small, from minimum of 8 to maximum of 16. For safety reason, we require all participants to wear fully enclosed, flat, non-slip shoes. Please also ensure that long hair is tied back.
