This is a hands on workshop, where our chef will teach you the most effective way to fillet your whole fish or shuck oysters. Cooking fresh seafood, the right way is so easy to learn.
We will show you a number of different way to cook up your catch. Once you have learnt these skills you will be able to impress your family and friends at your next dinner party, by not only preparing the seafood, but cooking it as well.
• You will receive a hard copy of all the recipes, that will allow you to recreate the dishes for your friends and family
• Three hours of unforgettable fun without even having to do the washing up!

All classes & workshops are conducted ‘hands on’. No prior cooking skills are required. To ensure personal tuition our classes are kept small, from minimum of 8 to maximum of 16. For safety reason, we require all participants to wear fully enclosed, flat, non-slip shoes. Please also ensure that long hair is tied back.
