This classic dessert is often served at French and Italian weddings. The Croquembouche is a Christmas-tree shaped tower of pastry-cream-filled pâte à choux held together with caramelized sugar. Our chefs will teach you how to make the individual components and then show you how to assemble this amazingly delicious showstopper.

* This is a hands on tasting work shop where you will taste pre-prepared examples and take home your finished products

Please note

All classes & workshops are conducted ‘hands on’. No prior cooking skills are required. To ensure personal tuition our classes are kept small, from minimum of 8 to maximum of 16. For safety reason, we require all participants to wear fully enclosed, flat, non-slip shoes. Please also ensure that long hair is tied back.
