Homemade pasta is so tasty, why not treat yourself whenever you feel like it. In this class, everyone will make their own batch of dough. The dough will then be used to make some fettuccine and a variety of stuffed pasta’s. You will also learn the secret to the perfect accompanying sauces.
The different pasta styles you may create in this workshop include;

Fettuccini con pesce dácqua dolce
Mushroom Ravioli in a Shitake Broth
Pan-fried gnocchi with olives, Zucchini flowers & artichokes

All classes & workshops are conducted ‘hands on’. No prior cooking skills are required. To ensure personal tuition our classes are kept small, from minimum of 8 to maximum of 16. For safety reason, we require all participants to wear fully enclosed, flat, non-slip shoes. Please also ensure that long hair is tied back.
