Ravioli originated as a traditional food in Italian Cuisine, composed of a filling sealed between two layers of thin pasta dough and usually served either in broth or with a pasta sauce.
Icon Cookery School’s fresh Ravioli class is about making great dishes that can be replicated time and again at home. In this cooking class you will learn about the types of pasta. You will also learn how to make your very own batch of pasta dough, rolled out and encased with a delicious filling and then create the perfect sauce. You’ll mix the pasta ingredients and then knead, rest, roll and cut the dough to shape, in readiness for the perfect melt-in-your-mouth Ravioli.

All classes & workshops are conducted ‘hands on’. No prior cooking skills are required. To ensure personal tuition our classes are kept small, from minimum of 8 to maximum of 16. For safety reason, we require all participants to wear fully enclosed, flat, non-slip shoes. Please also ensure that long hair is tied back.
