There is no doubting the popularity of Spanish Tapas today. These delicious morsels are an essential part of entertaining and traditionally served whilst standing around and enjoying a glass of wine.

This session covers everything you need to know about creating authentic Spanish Tapas at home. All guests in this event will get an opportunity to cook with our chefs and get hands-on producing stunning tapas.

Our fun and hands-on tapas class will give you the confidence to host an impressive feast. After creating your feast you will  also be able to socialise over a glass of vino provided by us!

You will be greeted by our chef on arrival. We will continue the fun with a lively and exciting demonstration displaying some of the dishes you will be cooking throughout the evening. We’ll be teaching you the essentials behind some of the most famous dishes, and we’ll be adding our Icon twist for some exciting variations!

After you have cooked up a storm, you will then enjoy the gorgeously home cooked food around our relaxed and homey dining table while you mingle with the rest of the guests

Some of the exciting dishes you MAY cook;
  • Crispy Parmesan Biscuits with lemon creme fraiche and smoked salmon canapes
  • Duck Spring Rolls with Hoi Sin Sauce
  • Patatas Bravas
  • Wild Mushroom and Thyme Vol-Au-Vents
  • Mini Blinis with Creme Fraiche and Smoked Salmon
After creating your dish, enjoy your creation in our luxurious dining room

Please note

All classes & workshops are conducted ‘hands on’. No prior cooking skills are required. To ensure personal tuition our classes are kept small, from minimum of 8 to maximum of 16. For safety reason, we require all participants to wear fully enclosed, flat, non-slip shoes. Please also ensure that long hair is tied back.
