In terms of Gut Health, Fermented foods are the most significant additions you can make to your regular diet. In ancient societies cultured foods were well regarded for having healing properties. The good news is that you are only required to consume small amounts to keep your gut healthy.
This workshop will teach you about vegetable ferments and cultured condiments.
and also, a broader range of fermented vegetables.
We will demonstrate the various fermenting processes and you will taste a range of products. In this class, you will start the process for one product and take the live culture with you to continue fermenting at home. We also supply you with the recipes.

All classes & workshops are conducted ‘hands on’. No prior cooking skills are required. To ensure personal tuition our classes are kept small, from minimum of 8 to maximum of 16. For safety reason, we require all participants to wear fully enclosed, flat, non-slip shoes. Please also ensure that long hair is tied back.
