Join us in the kitchen and master the art of how to layer and decorate semi-nude cakes with fresh flowers and decadent toppings.
In this class we’ll cover the techniques and essential elements that go into making these elegant cakes, including the perfect buttercream and flavours, cake structure and stability, and how to decorate and dress them with indulgent toppings to impress.
All ingredients including the cake, flowers, cake boxes and boards will all be supplied as part of the class. Plus, you’ll also get to take home your masterpiece to enjoy with family and friends.
This class is suitable for 12 years and over. If younger than 12 years, please contact us to discuss an appropriate class.
Please ensure that you are wearing enclosed shoes and comfortable clothing, with long hair tied back. Aprons will be provided.
