Making an impressive, succulent and juicy roast duck may seem like a daunting task, but armed with the tips from our Christmas Duck masterclass you’ll have the confidence to whip up a show-stopping lavish duck feast to satisfy the whole family this Christmas.
In this class you’ll discover the tricks of the trade to making a delicious Christmas duck with mouth-watering crispy skin and the perfect accompaniments to serve as the centrepiece for your dinner table.
After slaving away in the kitchen, you’ll then get to enjoy your delicious duck creations in our dining room with a glass of wine.
This class is suitable for 16 years and over. If younger than 16 years, please contact us to discuss an appropriate class.
Icon Cookery School practices the responsible service of alcohol. Alcohol options in this class are only available to those over the age of 18 years. Proof of age required.
Please ensure that you are wearing enclosed shoes and comfortable clothing, with long hair tied back.
