A delicious hybrid of a croissant and muffin, a Cruffin is the best of both worlds. Layers of buttery croissant pastry, spiralled together into a muffin tray, filled with various creams, jams, crème pâtissières or curds and garnished with decadent toppings. It’s heaven for your taste buds!
Our chefs will guide you through how to make the perfect buttery flaky cruffins like a professional from scratch. You’ll also get to take home your cruffin stash to share with family and friends.
This class is suitable for 16 years and over. If younger than 16 years, please contact us to discuss an appropriate class.
