Tantalise your taste buds as we delve into the vast and flavoursome realm of spices and herbs at our Curries and Spices from Around the World workshop.
In this class we highlight different curries and spices from across the globe.
Join our chefs for a hands-on experience in discovering the chemistry of creating authentic curry spice mixes from scratch, such as green and red curry pastes and toasted curry powders. You’ll also learn how to combine these with wet or dry produce to make amazing dishes packed with a massive flavour punch that you can easily recreate from home.
This class is suitable for 16 years and over. If younger than 16 years, please contact us to discuss an appropriate class.
Please ensure that you are wearing enclosed shoes and comfortable clothing, with long hair tied back. Aprons will be provided.
