From the light and airy choux pastry to the rich pastry cream and semisweet glaze, these tasty treats are heaven in every bite.
Tempt your tastebuds at this workshop, in which you’ll learn everything you need to know about how to make the perfect homemade French éclairs in your home kitchen. From start to finish, you’ll get hands-on in making these iconic pastries from scratch, plus how to decorate them with scrumptious fillings and glazes.
Armed with the tricks of the trade from this workshop you’ll have the confidence to whip up your very own batch of éclairs that you can box up and take home to enjoy with family and friends or eat them all to yourself (who said you have to share!).
This class is suitable for 16 years and over. If younger than 16 years, please contact us to discuss an appropriate class.
