In this workshop you’ll discover various fermenting processes, taste pre-prepared examples, and start your own live culture to continue to fermenting process at home.

 

From sauerkraut to kimchi, we’ll cover some of our favourite recipes in this workshop that not only taste amazing but are one of the most powerful ways to support healthy bacteria in your gut.
