Learn the tricks of the trade to make stellar salads that are quick, easy, healthy, and full of flavour that we promise you can win friends with.


In this workshop you’ll get hands-on with our chefs in the kitchen to prepare a variety of raw and cooked vegetables, combined with hearty proteins like crispy duck and roasted chicken, plus other healthy add-ins, to create amazing salads that not only taste good but are super satisfying and good for you!


You’ll also discover the secrets and science behind creating fresh vinaigrettes and dressings that are superior to store bought and super easy to make.


After slaving away in the kitchen, you’ll then get to enjoy your salad creations around our dining table with a glass of wine. 


This class is suitable for 16 years and over. If younger than 16 years, please contact us to discuss an appropriate class.


Icon Cookery School practices the responsible service of alcohol. Alcohol options in this class are only available to those over the age of 18 years. Proof of age required.
