In this class, our chefs will guide you through the fundamentals of utilising Japanese ingredients and flavours to create a range of seasonal traditional dishes.
Then, complete the experience with a glass of Sake and enjoy your dishes around our dining table.
This class is suitable for 16 years and over. If younger than 16 years, please contact us to discuss an appropriate class.
Icon Cookery School practices the responsible service of alcohol. Alcohol options in this class are only available to those over the age of 18 years. Proof of age required.
