Join us for a fun ingredients-focused healthy cooking class in which you’ll get hands-on in the Icon kitchen and discover how to make a range of fresh, tasty dishes, packed full of flavour and natural ingredients.
In this class, you’ll learn how to prepare and cook fresh, seasonal vegetables and turn them into glorious wholesome dishes with some healthy lean protein for a balanced diet.
This workshop is for you that want to learn how to make healthier meals and still keep the good flavour. It doesn’t matter if you are an athlete or a newbie in the kitchen.
You will be instructed by a professional nutritionist/ chef and get to enjoy a 3-course meal that you can, later on, replicate at home as you get to take all the recipes with you.
Plus you will get some amazing tips from a Professional Nutritionist on how to conserve some raw ingredients and how to meal prep for a healthier lifestyle. Not enough with that, you will also get some tips on how to build up your health immunity for winter!
This class is suitable for 16 years and over. If younger than 16 years, please contact us to discuss an appropriate class.
Please ensure that you are wearing enclosed shoes and comfortable clothing, with long hair tied back. Aprons will be provided.
