Get hands-on in the Icon kitchen for this dessert masterclass, in which you’ll perfect the techniques for making a superb pavlova meringue base that is crunchy on the outside and soft and light on the inside. This base then becomes a blank canvas for you to get creative in the kitchen with fresh cream and an abundance of seasonal fruits to add that final wow-factor to finish off your elegant dessert.
This class is suitable for 16 years and over. If younger than 16 years, please contact us to discuss an appropriate class.
Please ensure that you are wearing enclosed shoes and comfortable clothing, with long hair tied back.
