From the divine fresh fruit flan bejewelled with gleaming berries and seasonal fruit to a tart key lime pie with delicate buttery pastry crust, the recipes you learn in this workshop are guaranteed to satisfy any sweet tooth.
This class will equip you the confidence and inspiration to start baking at home, in which you’ll master the techniques of mixing, rolling and blind baking the perfect sweet pastry crust, and tackle the art of the classic fillings and finishes.
In this workshop you’ll taste prepared examples handcrafted by our chefs, then get hands-on in creating a variety of sensational sweet tarts and pastries that you’ll then get to package up and take home to show off and share with family or friends.
This class is suitable for 16 years and over. If younger than 16 years, please contact us to discuss an appropriate class.
Please ensure that you are wearing enclosed shoes and comfortable clothing, with long hair tied back.
