Winter comfort food is all about showcasing slow-cooked, roasted or baked meals. We crave anything that is hearty, dense and steamy to keep us warm and toasty during the colder months, and if there is one meal that we feel goes hand-in-hand with Winter, it’s a delicious and juicy lamb shank.
Join us as we delve into the tips and tricks to preparing and cooking the much-loved classic, lamb shank, oozing with rich and hearty flavours. Then, complete your Winter meal with some decadent and warm golden syrup dumplings, and tuck into your creations with a glass of red around our dining table.
When you recreate these classic Winter Comfort Food recipes at home, the aromas wafting from your kitchen are sure to bring the whole family running and satisfy every appetite.

Icon Cookery School practices the responsible service of alcohol. Alcohol options in this class are only available to those over the age of 18 years. Proof of age required.
Please ensure that you are wearing enclosed shoes and comfortable clothing, with long hair tied back. Aprons will be provided.
